Antique Pumps

PPI-DurEquip does not deal in antique pumps, nor do we have any information available.

Here are a few links that may be of value:

Time Passages in Des Moines, IA is one of the bigger antique pump dealers. We have seen his displays, and can say that Scott Anderson does a really first-class job on this category of product.

Primarily Petroliana says that they are "a community bringing gas station antique collectors, dealers, publishers and service providers together for the benefit of all." Lots of links here.

Petroleum Collectibles Monthly magazine says that they have "articles on gas pumps, gasoline pump globes, oil cans, signs, reproduction alerts, new discoveries, auction and show coverage and much more every month." One the principals of PCM is Scott Benjamin. We regularly refer antique pump inquiries to either Scott Anderson at Time Passages or to Scott Benjamin.

"Check The Oil" magazine says that they feature "articles of wide ranging petroliana interest, such as histories of the oil companies; memorabilia and artifacts associated with them; reader's collections; a calendar and coverage of current events of petroliana interest; related commercial advertising; a subscriber's FREE classified section where one can buy, sell and trade collectible items." You can email them at ctomagazine@aol.com or subscribe via oldgas.com.
